GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS
RESERVATION AND FINAL CONTRACT: The reservation can be considered certified only after the client has received the Booking confirmation Letter which WALD RESIDENZE shall send by post immediately by post after receiving the deposit. The guest has to show the booking confirmation letter to WALD RESIDENZE at the arrival, before getting the keys.
The contracting party has to pay a deposit within 14 days. The deposit constitutes a partial payment of the agreed payment. To book an apartment guests have to pay the 30% of the total renting amount through bank-transfer as a deposit (any commission or cost are the sender’s expense). WALD RESIDENZE has to receive the deposit not later than 14 days after having received the confirmation of availability for the demanded period. The guest has to write the number of the booking confirmation letter, the name and surname of holder reservation, the name of the building and the holiday period as the purpose of the payment (in the spaces dedicated to the reason of payment). WALD RESIDENZE may refuse deposits which will arrive later than 15 days since the date when the availability of the apartment has been communicated and cancel automatically the reservation. The balance of the total renting amount has to be paid at the arrival before getting the keys.
Accepted forms of payment are: credit card (Visa or Master Card), cash card (Maestro) or cash.
BEGINNING AND END OF THE STAY
Unless WALD RESIDENZE proposes a different arrival time, the contracting party has the right to occupy the rented apartment from 4 p.m. on the agenda agreed (date of arrival).
The rented apartments have to be left free by the contracting party not later than 10 a.m. on the established departure date. If the guests don’t leave the apartments in the fixed hours departure time, WALD RESIDENZE will be entitled to charge the price of a further day.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE RESIDENCE CONTRACT- CANCELLATION COMMISSION
If the contracting party doesn’t pay the deposit within the time-limit, WALD RESIDENZE will break the contract without notice.
If the contracting party paid the deposit, the apartments would still be reserved up to the following day, till and within 10 a.m. or any other time agreed.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT BY THE CONTRACTING PARTY- CANCELLATION COMMISSION
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be lost: for refusals communicated at least 10 weeks before the established arrival day. In this case, the transferred deposit will be converted into a credit, valid for a booking in WALD RESIDENZE during the current year or the following one.
RULES OF STAY AND PENALTIES APPLICABLE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE
It is not allowed to give hospitality to more persons than the ones indicated in the booking confirmation letter sent by WALD RESIDENZE (children included). All guests must respect the house rules, with particular attention to the rules concerning the quiet especially during the afternoon and at night. The flat must be tidied up before leaving ( cleared out of garbage, boxes and bottles, with empty and cleaned shelves, with the dishware washed, the refrigerator emptied and defrosted). The guest has to take the best care of the apartment (walls, floor, etc.), the domestic appliances (refrigerator, dishware, stove, etc.) and furnishing (chairs, tables, beds, etc.). Chairs and tables mustn’t be left outside the apartment, as in the garden or in the terrace. The guests must pay for damages and or theft. Pets are not allowed. The guests can’t use their own electric stoves or air- conditioning. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
THE APARTMENT EQUIPMENT
All the apartments are completely furnished and provided with gas-stove, refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen (pots, dishes, glasses), dishwasher, microwave, TV-Sat, electric coffee machine, hot and cold water, electricity (220 Volt). Bed linen and towels are provided and free at the arrival. A further request of change of bad linen and towels are upon payment.
PROVISION OF ALTERNATIVE ACCOMODATION
In case of unexpected problems regarding the booked apartments, WALD RESIDENZE has the right to replace the apartment with another one of a similar type. In this case, eventually extra charges are at WALD RESIDENZE’s expense. Request of a particular apartment (number, floor, location, view) will be taken into consideration but not guaranteed. The apartment equipment, only in exceptional cases, can be different than the one described in the catalogue or in the website.
LIABILITIES OF WALD RESIDENZE
No responsibility can be given to WALD RESIDENZE in cases of breakage, accidents, losses, thefts delays and general inconveniences which could happen inside the apartments. However, WALD RESIDENZE will do its best to provide support to resolve eventual problems. Requests of compensation for damages must be arranged directly at WALD RESIDENZE.
By booking the client accepts voluntarily all the conditions written above.
