The Wald Residence is a new apartment complex in the city center of Bad Kleinkirchheim- really close to the chair lift of Mainbrunn and the Bachskilift. The apartments are 600 mt or 7 minutes by foot from the St. Kathrein therme. The Bachskilift 300mt or 4 minutes by foot. The Chairlift Mainbrunn is 600mt or 7 minutes by foot. The apartments are of high quality and cozy:

• internet connection ( with fee),
• dishwasher,

• refigerator with freezer,
• coffee mashine,
• kettle,
• microwave,
• skistorage,
• in each apartment there are two TV,
• balcony forniture and two parking places.

Supplements to be paid locally:

Tourist tax: 2,50 €uro per person/per night (from the age of 16 up); 0,50 €uro per person/per night from 0 to16 years
Final cleaning: Type A 70,00 €uro - Type B/C/D/E 90,00 €uro – Type F 100,00 €uro
Household linen: Bed linen and towels are provided and free at the arrival.

A further request of change of bad linen and towels are upon payment.
Skypass is not included in the weekly price.
